Community Foundation Conference

The Community Foundation program, which wishes to develop the new Romanian philanthropic institutions, has now one year of activity. Community Foundations from Cluj Napoca, Odorheiu Secuiesc, Alba Iulia, Sfantu Gheorghe and initiative groups from Bucuresti, Iasi, Targu Mures and Cristuru Secuiesc, came to the "Imagining and Buildin the Future" Conference in order to build the basis for the next years. 

5600 donors, 600 volunteers, 600000 ron  coming from the communities and 100 finances summing up to 3000000 ron are just part of the numbers that sum up the first year. 

More important than the numbers is the enthusiasm and the commitment of those who initiated these organizations and of those supporters that made possible their realizations.

Guests from Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Great Britain and Slovakia, experts in branding, financial investments and social entrepreneurship came to the Community Foundation Conference.
